Dell Inspiron 640m won't power up

I have a Dell Inspiron 640m which does not want to come on. When I press the power button, I have three green LEDs that light up 1 time then when I release the button the LED battery flashes orange 10 times than nothing. The battery must be lame, but little question that may seem, do not I use my laptop when connected to the mains? I tried to remove the battery with the sector ok but I have nothing not even the diodes. Is there a command to use the laptop to the mains until I change the battery?

I also think the lies in the charging circuit, but I find abnormal that the pc does not illuminate just for that there must be a problem in the process of demerge also include either the motherboard or on the software side of the pc. If you put your pc without battery and mains it should run the problem is perhaps not the battery or not the drums. I hope that this information will definitely help you to solve the issue here.

If the LED lights sector or any LED is that there is no power failure I always look for the CMOS (BIOS) maintained by the battery which could be a completely 0 volts? How old is this notebook because this hypothesis would be the case if it would be at least 4 years approx .Try to find this battery and replaces. It is usually accessed by removing the screws park from the back of the laptop, sometimes even a little door I am sure that doing the same will definitely help you to solve the issue.

To determine if the keyboard causes the computer may remain off when the power button is enabled, verify that the computer is turned on. To do this that is connect the computer if you have not already done so. Locate the wireless switch Catcher on the left side of the laptop. The wireless observes Catcher is a switch that is used to detect wireless networks without turning on the computer. LED Light facing the detector appears if a wireless access point wireless is in range. Slide the wireless switch Catcher, then release. See if the LED indicator lights.

If the light comes on, the problem is probably the keyboard. In this case, reconnect the keyboard connector. You can also pad replacement may be necessary. If the indicator light does not illuminate, the problem is probably due to another component. To resolve this problem, refer to Dell Support Wizard or you can just visit the official customer support by dell and then you have to just make sure that you are letting them know all the problems faced by you and then see whether it helps you or not.
