    Disney Mix Max Help

I have just purchased for my son a Disney Mix Max player. I think, It is well to plays MP3's and WMV videos in proper manner. I am unable to do anything except to show jpeg files. The MP3 files that are from iTunes with DRM would not come up properly to perform but songs that I have burned on the disk will displayed up in the player, but would not supposed to play that properly.

I have stored few wmv videos that I have pulled that onto the player and it displays that "File Not Supported". do you all have one of such little gadgets and find something that can be properly supported on the Mac?

When you purchased this then there should be a disk that are provided by the seller . Have you go that , it come with a CD disc with the software? Some what just as seems that it may require some programs to format the video to a format the player actually would need . So you need to perform the drag and drop like that. But I could be incorrect , based on how sophisticated this player is working and perform to play the song.

I don't have much idea about this but you know It only provided with the Windows software, but it properly suggests according to the instructions given in the documentation, it is proper and have well compatibility with the Mac . It just doesn't outline how.

It explained that the software should be used with Windows XP, but earlier Windows version like 98, you are able to drag and drop properly. There is no such type of description regrading Mac. Drag and drop though does not assumes to be work upon that. It suggests that wmv files for video and mp3 for audio.

If you are getting yourself unable to play the audio songs which are supported properly but got unable to play that . If you really wanted to play the mp3's on the Disney mix max then you should go for the configuration of the player and you should to the "settings" on the mix max and interact with the player in the "Connection Mode" and switch it to MSC. Then after try to play the same file that you are trying to play (Means MP3). I hope, it wold be much helpful for you and songs will play...

I have installed the Quicktime Pro and I think that is the latest version as 7.6.6 (1632)) with the Flip4Mac WMV Studio Pro (Version 2.3.2.6). According to me, You should go for the Studio Pro through which you can get the proper configuration settings for the Disney mix max. In case, when you owned three kids under 6 and in laws on the different country which was just worth this. Yeah ! The software's that are used to convert cost much in the comparison of my 3 mix max's. It still nearest cost minimum than one nano.

    Re: Disney Mix Max Help

Hi guys ! I wanted to just ask to you all that if somebody has had any operations with the conversion of videos to play on the DSNY mix max players? Because, I have some issue with with the same operation and when wanted to do the same says that

"it plays WMV 9 (simple profile, 220x176 resolution, 30fps, 384 kbps max) + WMA 9 (sample rate of 8-48kHz)"

I am using to convert from MP4 to the wmv 9 but not going well in this way and just trying to find the solution..

If you will search for this particularly then you can get so many software that are capable to do but I will suggest only hat which I think that It is the best one from all of the software.

And according to me , you should go for the " Windows Media Encoder" that is one of the easy way to convert to a supported WMV format , The encoder contains the similar package specified as Windows Media Profile Editor. I hope, you can move with the Profile editor to make a custom profile that can then be selected in the encoder.
