    Windows Vista "shell.css"

I have a Dell computer and vista is installed within that, whenever, I boot up my system, I prmoted with an message again and again as follows:

Failed on loading skin name "dellprodreg-skin". The file "shell.css" is required in your "sscommon/skins/dellprogreg-skin/css/" directory. To fix this problem, please check the skin name in your config file, or reinstall the application. This window will be closed.

As well as I get a blank spot in the middle of my screen after I ignored this message. It is not creating any technical issue but I don't want it to appear again and again and need to know about this and why is it required .

To help to resolve the error messages and other problems , there is an environmental facility provided by the windows to change the mode and you can start Windows Vista by using a minimal group or components of drivers and startup programs.

You need to make some configuration in this particular mode and switched into normal mode of the windows .This type of startup is called as the "clean boot." A clean boot is used to eliminate software conflicts.

I have suffered with this problem very earlier and it happened with my Dell computer and the issue was resolving by removing the Dell Support Center. There are different methods through which you can try to resolve it but Get someone who is familiar with the manipulation of the computer if you are not sure and unaware :

1- Just move to Tools =>Internet Options.
2- Pick up the General tab and Accessibility Button then after Uncheck "Use user stylesheet" .
3- Again go to Tools menu and Manage Addons - Look for Browser Helper Objects known as BHO that have anything to do with appearance customizations and disable them and then restart IE.

you can also resolve this issue which is mostly happened when you have with internet explorer by using firefox.

A .css file named as cascading style sheet, I am also unaware of the thing that why it is generating via internet explorer though? There may be some problem related to the website you are trying to access has a problem with one of their cascading style sheets and then the internet explorer is evaluating you some sort of error message .
