It appears as you have installed some illegal copies of the RPG game and hence you are getting these types of error message and hence i would not help you in this matter. First of all try to install the game by purchase the game legally and then install it on your system this will make the error disappear.

For this problem i would recommend you to uninstall the Currently installed RGSS player which exists on your system then search it for once again and download it and then install the RGSS player once again on your system this will definitely do the trick for you. Other wise you can also visit the website of the game manufacturer.

Apparently you are getting this error after the upgradation of the RGSS player and hence i suggest that you need to install another file which is compatible with windows Vista. If possible install a latest version. But if this latest version did not solve this then try a system restore on your machine. Restore the system to a date before where all your games where running smoothly
