Text Ticker 2.4 application malfunctions

Hello. I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7 operating system. I have installed an application to the system that is Text Ticker 2.4. The problem is that the application malfunctions when been executed. I do not know why is this happening? Please do help me out so that I can make the things to work out well. Thank you.

The application that has been installed may have some issue that may be related to the same. It would be better that you reinstall the application. The reason could be that some bug might have been caused or appended to the application. So process out the reinstallation by removing the existing one and then install the fresh new copy of the application.

You need to remove the application and then install the new copy of the same. It can be done by uninstalling the application completely from the system first. This has to be performed by opening the control panel to the add/remove program option. Now select the desired application and then click on remove button. Now install the new copy of the application. This would help out.

It could be that the application may not able to cope up with the operating system that is been installed. You need to check out for the compatibility issue that may be the reason that is making the application to malfunction. Check out for the basic requirements of the application tha it basically supports well under the operating system. Or do look out for the addon support file for the application under Windows 7.

It could be that the system is been affected with a virus issue. You need to scan the system using a scanning tool or an antivirus check that would help in detecting the threat and making it to remove from the system. Do look out or use Quick heal total security antivirus application that would help in making the system to detect and remove the threat.

Process out clean boot service in order to make the things t o work out well for the same. The application will respond well when the features are been disabled. This can be done by clicking on the start button and then type msconfig in the search box. Now choose Hide all Microsoft services under the selective startup tab. Now disable the service and then restart the system.
