.pst files missing in Outlook 2007

Hi friends,

I had my pst file in Outlook 2003 and i took the backup of the pst file on my Drive D: and that i tried to open it in Outlook 2007 my pst files where missing.Can anyone help me out to find my pst files.

Try to follow this steps:-

1. Change the default Outlook file under Documents and Settings\User\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook and delete the smaller, unused file.
   
2. Now open Outlook, you'll get an error saying that it can't find your default folders and will allow you to browse to fine the correct folder.
   
3. Browse to the new location of the pst file, and then close and restart Outlook.
