Nokia c5-00 is not getting start

Hi, I have a Nokia C5-00 and it was working very good but since last two days it is not able to start however, don’t know what could be the problem in the phone.

As far as I know all the hardware is working perfectly in the phone, because there weren’t any problem ever before, this is the first time I am having this problem.

When I press power button and the volume down button together it was started once and white screen appeared on the screen and suddenly everything went black, and from that day it is not even starting though I plug the charger too.

are you using any faulty application in your mobile, or have you ever noticed that some of the application has problem running perfectly with the phone? If suppose you have encountered any such problem with the application or some other content so this is surely because of that only. as once I was also having the same problem with my X3-02.

You should try to pulled out the memory card and then try to restart the phone, as it will get started if there would be some problem with the content and if the phone gets started you should first of all try to format the memory car and then enter it again in your cell. You should try to make backup if it is necessary.

Well this is the electronic gadget thus no one guarantees as how much it will work so you cannot say that it was working perfectly before some days and suddenly happened, as it might be possible. Thus you should try to make sure that all the hardware inside the phone is working perfectly or not, such as you should test your battery and the charger as well with the new one, and if you found any problem with them you can have option for replacement.

Ok will you please let us know that have you ever tried updating the software or have you don’t any activity during that something went wrong or something like that?

Because see once one of my friend has also made a mistake during the firmware installation as he had just disconnected the phone while the phone was about to update the system files.

Thus if you have already done any such mistakes so let me tell you as this is surely a problem with the firmware.

Hey thanks for the suggestion but will you please let me know that do I claim the warranty for any hardware damage if there is any? And if suppose if I make firmware update on my own then will it void my warranty?

Se basically you must have to have a strong point as there isn’t any Physical damage done by you, and if you can prove that it was a factory defect then surely you can get the warranty.

And I don’t think that you’ll void the warranty if you update the firmware on your own. But the fact is like why to do the same thin on our own, rather when there is expertise persons to help us.

I have the same opinion as the above user as you should visit the service center for sure, because from there only you’ll get the benefits if there is some problem. And they will surely help you anyway till the problem gets resolved. And if suppose there is some problem with the hardware you’ll get the replacement for sure.
