    Nokia E71 does not start

Hi all, I am having the Nokia E71. I am using the phone from last 6 month and that does not shows me any problem with this. But today morning when I tried to send some message to my friend then it just turned off automatically. I tried to turn that on again but was not able to start that. I removed the battery and again inserted that back but it does not made any difference. Can you please tell me that what is the problem with that and how can I get out of the issue? I will be pleased to all the helpful replies on this. Thank you.

This can be due to the memory card that you are using with your phone. I am not very sure about that but this can be one of the possible reason for that. If you want to check that then just turn open your phone and remove the memory card from that. Now again try to turn it on without memory card. If that get on then it will make sure that the problem was with the memory card. Connect the card to computer with the help of the card reader and then format the card completely. This will remove all the bugs from the memory card and will solve the issue as well. Thank you.

Like you told that you cannot start your phone and therefore I believe that you will have to perform the Hard reset on your phone. If you would like to perform that then you will only have to press green (call) button + Number 3 + * button on the phone at the similar time. Confirm that you have not attempted to switch on your mobile earlier. If you have attempted to switch that on then you must take out the battery as of your phone and once more put in then back to the phone. Now press the combination of buttons collectively and attempt to turn on mobile. It will demonstrate to you Nokia handshake logo. Now free the buttons and then it will perform the entire things mechanically. If this prompts you for security code then you will have to give that as 12345 and press OK button. This can resolve the problem for you.

This is seems to exist the battery trouble. Anyhow you can attempt to vary the battery and perceive if that is capable to function with your phone. But like you have given that you have purchased it new and this is just 6 months as of when you are with that therefore it is still beneath warranty. You can attempt to contact the Nokia care as well as inquire them regarding the same. As it is still beneath warranty period then I am certain that they are going to help you in the correct way and you will be capable to resolve the problem. This will be the most excellent and the safest method to obtain the answer for this.
