Nokia C5 Can't Start-Up

Nokia C5 that I am using was really wonderful at the time when I bought it. Now after some days it has started giving me problems. It is not responding well with its services. It can not be started up. The battery is fully charged and I do not know why is this happening, with this one. What can be done so that I can make it work again. I really need help in this context. I have kept the replacement option at the last stage. Please help.

I am not sure, but it could be the result of the software and the applications that are installed in the phone. I guess that these applications are the one that are not working up to the mark. So, I would suggest you to go for some firmware so that you can get it reinstall, and make the phone start and function. For the replacement part, why are you thinking of that, it might take more time, you can rather go for the repairing from Nokia Service Center. Hope that you understood.

Suffering from the same issues. I have also visited the Service Center of Nokia with my mobile. At first they took it and they said that they will get it repaired in 7 days. I left it there. After 7 days I picked the phone back, after nearly 10 days it has started with the same problem. Now I am fed up with this problem. I again went back to them for the same problem, now they are going to me the phone back after 10 days. I will look for some firmware, if possible. Is there anything I can do in a simple way?

If you have tried the Service Center for two times with the repairing, and even they can not solve that then it is pretty advisable to go for the replacement. Till then, you can wait for the mobile to come from the replacement after that if yet you see the problem persisting then, you can go for the above solution. If yet it does not get solved, then do not wait for any thing more, just go for the replacement.

Just needed to do all Nokia C5 's has the same software problem? If yes then, if I replace it with new Nokia C5, is there any guarantee that I will not find the same problem? I had kept this option at the last point, but know if this is the only one then I will sure shot do it. The only problem is that of time, if they are taking 10 days for repairing then I wonder how much they will take for the replacement. Well if this is the only one then I will go for it.

I have found here that many of you are discussing about the problem with the phone getting start. I have here something different. My mobile phone restarts again and again. I have tried the re-installation of the firmware and this seemed to fix the problem. Everything was back to factory settings and the phone started up again. Now on the other day it started doing the same thing again. Now, it is not responding to any thing. It just shows a black screen. I have tried the switch off and restart of the phone but cannot make the thing work in my favor. Hope that you can suggest something.
