Card detection problem in X2 MR2

Hi,
I have a Sony ericsson mobile with me. The model is Xperia X2, i ported my mobile with the MR2. This connection resulted to stability, if we compare to the older version. After a while i started facing the SD Card detection problem. If i want to make the card detected, then i require booting of that. Do any one have a solution?Please provide me the appropriate help.

Even my mobile phone is not able to detect the SD card. Due to this problem my lot of data is lost. I will recommend you to backup the data from the SD card in the mobile. I have made complain several times to SE, but they were not able to solving my issue. They advised to me to upgrade my phone and i did try that, but nothing worked for me.

I am also facing the same problem. My mobile phone is just 3 months old and i have a SD card. When i try to connect my mobile phone with the SD card my, some time my card is not detected by the mobile phone. I want to transfer important data from my phone to the SD card, so i require to solve this issue as early as possible. Please provide some help.

According to me i feel that there is problem with the SD card .Your SD card might be corrupted .You try replacing your card with the new card. Now connect a new card with the mobile phone and if it works then your problem is solved and if not then there is some problem with your mobile phone. You need to visit to Sony service center and get your mobile checked by them.

I have fixed the same problem from the XDA-Developers .I made contact with the XDA-Developers and they provided me a solution. They advised me to install a software for fixing this problem and they provided me a software for this. The y have charged me 50 $ for giving that software. I advice you as well, to make contact with them.

I will recommend you to update the software of your mobile phone. This software you will get free from the Sony ericsson website. You need to go to the site and download the software from there. After installing try to connect it with the card. You will be able to connect. If still you face the same problem, then you will require to replace your card. I will recommend you to buy another card for your mobile phone.
