I hope someone has an idea.

    Thank you in advance

i had the same problem In fact, it happens to eject the DVD, the volume created by Leopard is not removed. It remains a XPLANE9 in the directory / Volumes.

The solution, manually delete the old volume to the next insertion of DVD everything goes well.

I have not tested, but if the names of recording volumes are mounted in / Volumes (hidden folder), you can access the folder by typing:
cmd-shift-G (corresponding to the menu "Go to ...") and typing / Volumes in the window that opens. The contents of the folder / Volumes will be displayed
