    iBook Power Problem

    Hello,

I'm new to apple and I have a problem, turn on my iBook when it is connected to the charger but when I want to take out charger my iBook gets off immediately .. And my icon representing the advanced load is still secure a 0%

I would like to know if my battery is fine or if something can be done to correct this problem ...

    thank you for your answers

    Re: iBook Power Problem

iBook G3 600 Mhz, it is even more 2001-2002. If the battery is original, it is highly likely that it is completely dead, his replacement is necessary. It is therefore an iBook G3 dual USB white, which may have a screen diagonal of 12 "or 14". Careful to identify the diagonal screen before buying a battery, because using the model, the size of the battery is not the same!

    Hello,
It is very likely that a weld will be lost on the small card that supports this power connector. It's quite easy to resolder, but everything must be assembled.

Apple PSU is not crap! You must reset the handler first. The other time this happens is if the pin on the power cord is slightly curved so that it passes into the side of the iBook, but does not sit firmly.
