Recorded video has no sound in Nokia E71

Hello to all,
I am new to this forum. I recently bought a cool new Nokia E71. I don't know what happened to it. Last night I recorded some video from mobile. Today when I tried to watch them I unable to hear any sound. I don't know what happened. I don' know why recorded video has no sound. Anyone else having the same problem. Please help me.

It seems that you have accidentally switch off or lower the mobile's main volume while recording video and that's why you are getting such type of problem. In this case first increase the main volume of your mobile's phone and then try to record any video. Now try to play that video. This time you will hear sound from recorded video. Have you restart your mobile? if not, then first try to restart your mobile. Most of the people face such type of problem and they are able to fix this problem by performing restart process. Just turn off your mobile. Now wait for few minutes. Now again turn on your mobile. Now try to capture any video. Now you will able to hear sound from recorded video.

I think there is some problem in your mobile's software. It may get corrupted or get damaged and that's why you are getting such type of problem. In this case you have to upgrade your mobile to get rid out of this problem. Just connect your mobile to computer using Nokia PC suite. Now look out for new updates. If new update available then download and install it in your mobile as per instruction. After this you will not get any problem.

I also had the same problem. I tried various method but none of them worked out. I reset my mobile, I restart my mobile but none of them worked out. Then I repair my mobile from Nokia service center and now my mobile is working fine now. I think you also repair your mobile to fix this problem. Contact your nearest nokia service center to get rid out of this problem.
