iphone sync freezes during calendar

I am not able to sync iCal there is some problem. I tried to find out problems but didn't find out. when ic deselect calendar syncing then iphone works fine.

plz provide me solution.

I had the same problem with my iPhone. I was not able to sync at all without locking up. I took it to the Apple store along with my MacBook Pro so that they could see it happen and they simply replaced it. They believe the problem was a bent pin in the dock connector. Haven't had a lock up during sync since.

You want to sync calendars just try to do this : popup window hidden behind the iTunes window. So, minimize the iTunes window and then accept the syncing of calendars and the frozen synching problem goes away.

Re-attempt a sync with all of your normal options. If it fails, try checking only one or two sync options and repeat the process until you find the problematic sync data. And just break your system's network connection (unplug an Ethernet cable or turn off wireless connectivity if necessary) and re-attempt the sync.
