RemoteCalendars is an Outlook plug-in that tries to do bi-directional syncing between Outlook (2003 or newer) and Google Calendar. so with it you can easily sync. try it

Re: iPhone sync with Google Calendar

    hi here is solution

    Nueva Sync
    first go here http://www.nuevasync.com/
To use Nueva Sync, you must first create an account. This is done by clicking "Signup" button on the site of Nueva Sync. The page appears.

You will get an email confirming of your registration. Click on the link in the mail is to your account. Your account is now activated. Click 'Sign In' on the confirmation page. You can now log in using the data you've entered. The page appears.

As you can see different things you can synchronize with Nueva Sync, but go to synchronize your calendar with Google Calendar. Click 'change' after the word "Calendar". You will find on this page.

Select 'Google' and click 'change'. You will receive a screen confirming your choice. Click on the link "Click to configure your service ..." on this page. Fill in the page that displays your Google account (you must fill in your e-mail address so with '@ gmail.com'). You will end up on this page.

Click on the button "Grant access." Nueva Sync now has permission to connect to your Google Calendar. There appears a confirmation of your choice. Click 'Continue' to return to the main screen to come. If you've done all right, a green ball behind the Calendar. Is this ball still gray or orange, start again and follow all the steps exactly as they are described here.

The account in Nueva Sync is now well established. Now you have to do iPhone setting.

    iPhone set

    • For setting on your iPhone Start 'Settings'.
    • Tap on "Mail, Contacts, Calendar.
    • Tap on "Add account ..."
    • Tap in the list of services, the logo of Microsoft Exchange.
    • On this screen you have things completed.
      1. E-mail: fill in the address that you used to you Nueva Sync record.
      2. Username: fill in the username in Nueva Sync.
      3. Password: fill in the password for logging in Nueva Sync.
      4. Description: In this field you can see a short description such as Google Calendar.
    • Tap on "Next." Your iPhone will now check the connection. You can get a warning as shown below. Tap 'Accept'.

You now turn back to the previous screen, but now with an additional field. Fill to Server: 'www.nuevasync.com "(without). Now run again next. The connection will be checked again and after a few seconds the following screen.
Check everything except Calendars. Then tap "Done." The new account is now in the list.

Now you can customize your calendar. Any changes you make on your iPhone will be sent directly to Google Calendar. Any changes you make using Google Calendar, come after a while even on your iPhone.
