Overclock Asus P5QL

i am having computer with Asus P5QL which i am looking for overclock it but just not enough with knowledge well i know is Asus is good for gamers and i dont know any thing about Asus P5QL also my friend told me that i can overclock it without any big problem easily. so please tell me how ? also tell me some more required things about Asus P5QL.
