The BIOS is where hackers like to optimize optimize, and further optimized. In the BIOS Biostar 330P there will be enough. In the Advanced Chipset Features menu it will indeed possible to raise the bus frequency to 250 MHz, modify the coefficient HT, manipulate the settings related to memory timings, or the RAM out of sync. The menu Frequency / Voltage Control allows for him to change the CPU and memory voltages. Not bad, however, it is impossible to change the voltage of the chipset.

Side silence / cooling, not much to use. The PC Health Status section includes two options with which we may decide to leave the 330P manage speeds broken down, and then let them turn their max speed. Therefore impossible to define a given speed. Note however that you can determine a temperature limit for the extinction of the PC.

The Shuttle SN25P was a real overclocking monster and iDEQ 330P will have work to reach its level. But with the same chipset, and an internal architecture sympathetic. So use the good old ClockGen. With this little application you can push the CPU gradually by raising the bus frequency and voltage of the CPU. The cap of 250 MHz is relatively easy where I just got the coefficient of the HT bus to 4x (instead of 5) for the system is stable. By further increasing the frequency of the bus, I could take a few seconds under windows to 305 MHz. Not bad but the SN25P was better.
