Even i am trying to do the same.My System specification and current settings are as followed:
    • Biostar TP67B+
    • 2600k
    • Corsair XMS 2x4gb 9 9 9 24 1T 1600
    • All voltages left at auto except vcore
    • Vcore set at 1.38 in bios but cpuz shows unloaded at 1.344 and loaded it bounces from 1.284-1.292. LLC is enabled
    • Turbo is off.

    Any help will be appreciated.

Af far as i know it might be related to the voltage regulation on the board. You can probably raise it higher in bios in order to get the higher vcore if you are having very less difference between the setting and actual setting and then you can try loading it.Or just try to bring down the voltage at 44 multi in iorder to check how long it stays stable. You can also set the vcore to 1.4 in the bios and after that you an try 45 46 47 multi and just go or you can even try to lower the multi down in order to test the bclock more. What i have personally noticed is that sometimes when we use IBT for a quick test than the multi is likely to fluctuate from 40-44 and you can very well fold it to stay at 44 as well and while testing the temperature does not go above 64c.Just check out all of the above ans see if it helps.

Your problem sounds to be weird i think that you need to have more vcore in this case and i think that 1.1 to 1.15 will do a good job and you can also try to disable the LLC in order to check if you get any difference when the LLC is enabled and when it is disabled and i will also like to inform you that if you have poor cooling then you should avoid raising the vcore much more and you can even try to bump the vtt up and try to set it manually just to check if there is any difference but if these does not help than you can try highest safe vcore for SB and some other temp as well.Hope that helps.

What all you can try is.Just try to increase the vtt to 1.15 and check if there is any effect Or Increase the vcore to 1.5 and then try to load it.You can also try to increase the multi to 45 or Try to Disable the multi and go for turbo OC and then set every core to 45 and after that reboot your system and if it does not help than you can go for 46 47 and 48.Just try it out and check if you are getting the splash load screen and it is loading properly. If not then let me know so i can help you with other solutions.

Re: Is there any one using Biostar TP67B+

Even i a facing the same problem i have already tried lowering the the multi to 44 and then just raising the bclock to 101 and after that when i booted the windows and then when i increased the block to 102 then i was getting the splash screen but just after i get to see the logo it got hanged.I have also tried Dropping the multi to 43 but then it was locked into a 34 max multi in windows but it was not going higher and when later i tried Dropping the the bclock back the result was same.I am trying since an hour but i have not yet found any success in solving it out.what all i have tried by now i am unable to get into windows over 4.44.Any further help for this will be appreciated.

I have tried almost all the solutions above but i have been left down with the same problem.I have tried to lock the multi at 45 and up then it just stops at the cursor before the splash screen appears and when i am leaving the turbo up to 50x then i am able to get through the splash screen but than it gets lock after this.I have set the following ram timings and all voltages:
    • vtt 1.1-1.25
    • vcore up to 1.55 manually
    • IOH up to 1.2
    • LLC enabled
    • Ram has been set on auto and all manual multis

but it is still the same.Any solution will be appreciated.
