s-Video TV out not working after windows 7 install

I have installed the Windows 7 operating system to my computer. Previous to this, I was having the windows xp in my computer. I was using the cloneview through nvidia 8600 GT video card which is connected to the tv by s-video. But when I installed the windows 7 then I am not able to make use of the tv to watch my videos. Can you tell me that what is the possible reason for that and how can I get the s-video tv out functioning on the windows 7?

I think I have the solution for you. If you want to watch that then you will have to enable the second display and for that you should press the Windows key and P and this will bring up the projector/multiple display menu and from there, you will have to select the Duplicate. If you want more information on this then you can click here and this will let you to the page that will provide you the detailed information that how can you setup that.

I think that there is some problem with the operating system that you have installed in your computer and that is the reason that you are getting the problem like this. If none of the solution is helping you solve the issue then the only option left for you is to install the operating system once again. To avoid the problem related to the installer, you should install that with a fresh copy of set up. But make sure that this is the last option for you and there is no other choice left for you.

As you told that you have installed the Windows 7 on your system so I would like to tell you that it will not work on your computer and if you wish that this should work with your computer then you will have to update the video drivers in your computer. Once you are done with then you can run the Windows 7 TV wizard but make sure that you have connected all the cables properly to your computer. This is the only possible reason and solution for this and I hope that this will work for you. Please reply if that solves the problem for you.

You generally can't utilize both the single RCA video connection as well as S-Video connection on card or the TV at identical time. You will have to utilize one otherwise other. The particular RCA video connection will not function by means of RCA jacks on TV for HD composite video that needs three jacks be connected on both ends. Those jacks are generally colors except yellow (and except red as well as white beside each other that are intended for audio). If your TV have RCA HD composite video jacks then it might not contain other solitary RCA jack (generally it is yellow). If the TV have a S-Video jack, which will work connected to "S-Video" jack on card (one on the card regularly have additional pin holes but it is frequently attuned by means of a regular S-Video cable connector) you can look at the card's cable link up directions otherwise its manual.

After loading the catalyst, may have problems if you changed the version of display drivers also unchanged version of Catalyst. The display drivers version changes more often than the version of Catalyst, a screen or more drivers newer version may work well with the current version of Catalyst, but if the driver version does not display next screen with the same version of catalyst in the ATI video drivers page (you can find the older drivers), which can cause problems.
