Windows 7: Help and Support automatically appears

I do not know why Windows is so eager to help. In the first note I thought it is good to have this pop-up coming for a while or come back after a few hours, but I've seen that just keep appearing at random. I am sure that is not the case of stable systems and I believe it will be really great if someone over here can tell me or I can suggest something for you to get rid of the Help and Support window is opened. I have no internet connection in my computer and not know what to do here, so I can get it solved. Well, I'm hooked here and really appreciate an answer to the quickest guy here.

You are not having the Internet connection and I believe you are facing this problem for the reason of a malicious attack and I consider it will be good if you can encompass the system antivirus update and observe if it really can help you fight with the question of their own. Please see you need a good antivirus for you and at the same time, we strongly recommend that you have something that so far as I believe that keeping things that way here can really make a difference. If you have the virus in the list of suggestions, then I think it will be great to have the AVG antivirus in your pocket. I think the best is a measure that I have experienced. Please try this and scan the entire system with it.

I am also of the similar view and I believe the system is seriously affected by a virus extremely powerful and I think it will be great if you can have the AVG antivirus you. Well, if you wish, you may have to download it from here: AVG 9.0. Well this is the trial version to try this and carry out the analysis and see if you can make this work on your case properly. Also as you have given that you do not have Internet connection, then you can do the Manual Updates to the virus and then you may have to run here without any difficulty. Well, that's the solution for all users without internet connection and therefore I think it's good to have the virus do not have this facility. Well, if you do not like this idea then you can look for something else, but I will recommend this antivirus here.

In my judgment, it will be great if you can have the Essential Microsoft in your pocket and then it can help this situation. Well besides that I think will be very beneficial if you can have Windows updates to you. Missing something very important as this is not really recommended. Please see if you can have both in your case. I've seen some people using the essentials of Microsoft for the past ten months and that too without any problem here and I think it's great to have this on your side here. Essentials Microsoft you can follow the link here and you will be able to get a complete guide about the essence of Microsoft and how to use this in your system here.

Well I looked at things on the internet I found that going it will be really great if you can go for the clean boot. Well, that's the thing, and the suggestion I can give you watching this case. Please try the clean boot and let me know if you solved the problem here. If there are some problems due to software conflict then let me tell you that you will be able to get it resolved with this beginning clean here. After Windows is installed on your system if you can run the system with the minimal set of components and drivers installed on it. Please let me know if I'm right here with this suggestion. Please try this and let me know if I'm actually right here.

I read the whole thread and have not found any response from the user here and therefore I think we should have no solution and I think it will be great if you can make it look like a hardware problem. Well, I think it's the only possibility left here. You can try to disable the Help and Support for going into the control panel and I think it is the perfect place for this type of work. You will be able to find this time entering the control panel is required to go into administrative tools and then you will be required to access the Services. See if you can get rid of the issue here.
