Unable to use Outlook/MSN messenger in vista

I have installed windows vista on my system. The problem is my MSN Messenger and outlook not working. I can't able to send or receive mail from
Outlook express and unable to login on MSN Messenger.. i have tried to reboot my router but didn't solve the problem. What has happened and what is the solution?Can anyone help!!!

What version of Messenger are you using? Is there any error message display on the screen while using Outlook Express or while signing into MSN Messenger?

Click Start go to Run. In the textbox type: cmd.exe, Click OK. Type regsvr32 Mssip32.dll ,regsvr32 Softpub.dll, regsvr32 Initpki.dll command in window and press ENTER. Open your MSN Messenger's Control Panel then click on 'Tools'; click 'Options'; click 'Connections' and ensure that 'proxy server' is not checked (enabled). If this doesn’t work, you may need to register more files. Continue to enter these into the command window:
regsvr32 Cryptdlg.dll
regsvr32 Rsaenh.dll
regsvr32 Gpkcsp.dll
regsvr32 Dssenh.dll
regsvr32 Slbcsp.dll
regsvr32 Mssip32.dll
regsvr32 Wintrust.dll
regsvr32 Sccbase.dll
