Hello friend I hope this is true that you have been bought a new motherboard and a new tower, so I think with that you must have got a manual and you need to read it I am sure that would be solving your problem because all the connection has been discussed over there and so you need to read that and that would be giving you the best help just go through it and get your problem solved, I hope you would understand the connection in it clearly.

Well I have a DF 85 and the label HD audio you need to get on the last connector on the back corner of the board and that would be near the lossless audio level, and you would have just left over the ac audio, now concentrate on the 4 pins which is in a single USB 2 connector and in your case you must be having a 3 USB and 2 would be on front and 1 USB 3 so you can just place the single one over the free USB 2 connector. Hopefully this would be giving you some idea.

You can see the red headed that has been occupying the BR a 2.0 USB 1 with two cable and then the case which would be wiring would be also having an another single 2.0 USB 1 cable with the 4 pin which would be like 5v positive and the D negative and the D positive ground this would be helping you out for sure and this are the main connection to adjust into it and then get onto it so try it out and get your problem resolved.

Ok so I would be asking you to first concentrate on the front input connection which would be consisting of the 3EA USB 2.0 and the 1EA USB 3.0 and then come to the USB connection on the case that has been having a blue color with the 3.0 USB input and then next 3 USB connectors with the blue having the 2.0 USB input. Ok now according to this the specs of the MSI site the board you would have 1EA USB 3.0 header and the 1EA USB 2.0 header and this header is just the designation term used to call the connection point.

I think the best thing for this what you can do is just simply contact the manufacturer and get the help for this connection or ask an engineer to visit once and let you know how to fix them because there are so many connection and if any one of them would be missed place then they problem would be increased and and then you would be again left alone with more queries so I think you need to do it manually first so ask some of a professional over there to let you know about it.
