    PC800 and PC1066 simultaneously

    Hiya Fellas,

    Just want to know Can i put PC800 and PC1066 RDRAM at the same time?.Please give me advise regarding the topic?

    huh?..no you can't. RDRAM required to be run in pairs. It's not like SDRAM where you can combine-match PC133 and PC100. The RAM wants to be the same speed, and in some cases, the same vendors.Don't try to fight it, that's is suppose to be, if it happens to be dual channel

    for instance (RDRAM) | (C-Module) || (RDRAM) | (C-Module)

    All i know it is supposed to be a matched pair. You'll probably get a POST error.everything has to be the same. exactly! You also require to fill the empty slots with those slot fillers they send with the boards. Why are you using RDRAM anyway? DDR is faster, more reliable, cheaper, and simpler to install.

    It is possible to run various Speed grades of Rambus in Computer but it will run at the highest common speed .With PC-600 and PC-1066 you'll get PC-600 Speed .
