I have the method to play the movies through the USB, so you can try it and play the movies:

    • Go to INFO
    • Then on to Menu
    • Then select the Mute
    • Then you select the Standby and select OK.
    • Then you will be able to get the option to change the parameter of the MODEL in LC360
    • Then you select the any other model which is having 32 in the starting.
    • You can try the same thing for the Audio parameters.
    • When the sound appears then go back to original display by pressing RETURN key.
    • When you are back on the original display then Turn OFF the TV .
    • Then you start the TV and you will get the option for the media play.

You better select the correct the model like your TV model is LE32C350 then you select the LC350 not LC360. If the LC350 is not there in the list then you can select any model which is of LC35 not the LC36.

You have to set it up from the Technical setup of the TV, if you are not getting that how to do it then you can give a call to the Samsung Technical Support they will explain you on the phone that how to do it and what are the perfect step.
