Samsung LCD TV volume goes to 0 automatically

Hello friends, i using the Samsung LA32M51BS LCD TV and i am getting the problem with the volume of the TV. I try to increase the volume from the the remote then volume does not increases, but when i try to increase the volume from the TV panel then the volume increases but after some seconds it comes back to 0. I am not able to get what is the problem and also the solution for the problem. So does anyone over here has the solution to solve the problem then please help me. Thank you.

There is problem with my TV also, i was also trying to figure it out but i am not able to solve, i have called the Samsung Service Center they are send someone at my place and i hope that it will fix the problem, so you can also call and tell them to come at your place and solve the problem.

You just download the Open Source Guide for the TV and you might get some sort of the information to solve the problem and also there would be get some solution for the volume of the TV.

You should give the TV to the service center and let them fix it, if you try to do then you might be messing with the hardware of the TV. So you give there and you will be able to get back the TV is the proper and also it might be working.
