It means that it was looks like it is charging from last 3 hours, but when I checked it I found that it is on the same percentage when I insert it. When I again insert my old battery I get following error message.
    Code:
WARNING: The battery cannot be identified.
This system will be unable to charge this battery.
I don't know why dell 5150 has power problem. Please help me to fix this problem.

Have you use OEM battery? If yes, then it is bad news for you. I think you are using some duplicate or faulty OEM battery and that's why you are getting such type of problem. Most of the people face such type of problem. This is because it is found that 50% of the OEM battery are found faulty and due to this you are getting such type of problem. In this case you have to buy new one or you have to replace it with new one.

I don't know whether it is worked or not, but try it.
First take your battery -> now remove the cover that has written "C" -> Now take one sharp Knife -> Now slowly remove the middle plastic tabs flush to cover.
This process stop it from pressing onto the motherboard chips and also prevent it from damaging your motherboard.

From your information it seems that there is problem in your adapter and that's why you are getting such type of problem. In this case you have to replace your power adapter to fix this problem. Before using this you have to first check whether it is working or not. First try to use another adapter with your computer and if that adapter works properly the it means that your old adapter is faulty one.
