Anyone knows how to open and install .wba files in vista. i have downloaded many beautiful themes, but the thing is I don’t know how to make it my theme. Please help.

Actually, you can use any program that opens .ZIP archives to open these files. WindowBlinds just saves you some time and trouble, because if you have it installed, you can automatically install the 'blind when you open it. If you really want to, though, you could extract the contents to their own directory, install WB, then open the 'blind in the configuration screen.

Right click and scroll down to personalize. click on the theme page and a separate window should pop up. click modified theme and browse through your document and find the themes you downloaded...
