Oh... not the STOP c000021a, status 0xc0000022!!!

Hi, I am having a Dell Inspiron laptop running with Windows XP Pro OS, Intel 3.06GHz and 512MB of RAM. Something went wrong in my system which led to give it BlueScreen every time I start the system. The BSOD appears every time just before the logon screen. I’m able to boot the system in Safe Mode but not in normal mode. The error use to get in BSOD is ” STOP c000021a, status 0xc0000022”

Please help me to get rid of the same.
