stop error, c000021a

I want to check if anyone else has run into this issue with Vision6, I was using their tool to uninstall an instructor install of vision6 and on every restart after the uninstall I am getting a stop error c000021a, the windows login process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000135 (0x0, 0x0). Any help would be appreciated.

The error that you are getting is because of the corrupted or failed Winlogon.exe or Csrss.exe. Check the below article to edit the registry to repair the error:
