Slow Vista shutdown

Hello,

I have currently purchased a New Acer 5100 Series laptop for my personnel use, Windows Vista was the default OS came with this laptop. My laptop was running very smooth without any problems, but after updating the OS vista started hanging up on the final shutdown screen, and the laptop never shutdown. I know its weird problem.

Does anyone over here has any idea about the same ? Am I facing the problem because of 4/3 update ? Can you please help me What I can do to shutdown my laptop properly ?

I would recommend to uninstall the update and see whether this resolve your problem or not ? If not so installing it again (I think Update were not installed properly on your machine). If still you are facing the issue I would recommend you to contact your Windows Update Support.
