No Windows 8.1 drivers for ATI Motility Radeon X1600

Want some help to find drivers for ATI Motility Radeon X1600. There is a old laptop on which I had installed Windows 8.1. Before it was having Windows Vista. It is a dual core system laptop. I thought Windows 8.1 will add more benefits to the system. I was able to install different things on the same but now the graphic driver is missing. I want a bit help to find ATI Motility Radeon X1600 drivers for the same. The graphic output is very dull and outdated. I thought Windows 8.1 will automatically manage everything.
