Getting annoying message in Samsung PC Share Manager 4.2.

I am using a Samsung 6400 LED tv I am very happy with my new tv but I don’t like the advertised PC sharing. Whenever I try to play AVI files then I am getting “Device disconnected” this message after some time of interval every time I am interrupted with the same message I have tried many AVI file but result is same. I regularly and after some intervals of time getting a message “Network Device” and “Media Player” when I run PC Share Manager 4.2 this messages are pops up when I am watching DVD this irritates me. What is the solution for this? Why I am getting these messages again and again? Can someone please help?

I think that your TV is loosing connection to the home router because of this you may get “Network Device” and the “Media Player”. It depend upon type of connection if you are using WiFi for connection between TV and Home router then because of this loose connection you may experiencing this issue.

I'm having very similar problems with my Samsung led tv Series 7. I have problem with Samsumg PC share manager. When I start the server connection it starts giving me error messages. I am unable to do anything. I also reinstall the program but no positive results. I am flustered now with these messages. Same problem occurred with the different computers.

Check the lists of codecs or containers in the manual. If the container play in the computer then also it may possible that that is not compatible with the TV or Blu-ray players if the containers name is not in the list which is in manual then there are lesser possibilities that it work with TV. Remember that some containers are not supported by the Blu-ray player. You can use it as software option if you are using Window media player 10 or higher version.

Same problem here,
I am using intel core 2 duo processor and my operating system is windows XP SP2. My computer is connected via a wired Ethernet. When I am watching videos the same messages pops up and my videos gets interrupted. And also “Network Device” and “Pc Share Manager” these two messages pops up regularly and at a different interval of time. I am using 4.2 version then also having same a problem. Please help me to solve this problem.

This problem may occur if router is connected to your computer by cables as well as wireless connection latest computes have wireless working facility. If your computer also have this facility then also if your computer is connected by cable wire with two kinds of connection at a time then the problem arises. To avoid this condition disable one of the connection. If you want to use wired connection then disable wireless connection and if you are using wireless connection then disable wired connection.

I think this is Samsung LED Tv issue. There are several things are working together we cannot point out perfect reason for this messages at this moment. But you can play videos to from Windows Media player if you are using Windows 7.

Check comparability mode with the Samsung tv. Uninstall your software and install it properly again. Also switch your usb ports of the TV. If you are using wired connection then remove all the wired connection and again connect them properly. This may solve your problem.
