Forward all emails from one mailbox to external SMTP Host or Ip Address

Hi All,

I have requirement to auto forward all emails sent to mailbox in our abc.com domain to external IP address of different organization.

Example : [email protected]
External IP : 1.1.1.1

Any email sent to [email protected] should be auto forwarded to 1.1.1.1 external IP Address.

Please let me know how it needs to be configured on my exchange 2003 server.

I think that using SMTP connector, you can route all outgoing messages for remote domains through a smart host instead of sending them directly to the domain. This enables you to route messages over a connection that may be more direct or less costly than other routes. Go through the follow KB and Rerun CEICW again carefully.
