Unable to read the tracks in nokia OVI suite

I have recently purchased the nokia X6 and with my mobile I got unlimited tracks download. I have done all the procedure to subscribe it. And I have also registered my computer. After that I have downloaded so many tracks from nokia OVI store but after that when I connect my mobile device with nokia OVI suite and when I click on the music section at that time I am not able to open the tracks. Nokia OVI suite is not reading my tracks. Please tell me how to fix this?

I don’t know which version of the nokia OVI suite you are using but if it you have downloaded the tracks from the nokia ovi store then nokia OVI suite must read this tracks. And if it not allowing you then I think you should first check this tracks are working in computer or not. If you have another laptop or computer with you then install the OVI suite in that and try to so same thing with it also. If in that computer or laptop you are facing the same problem then I think there some problem with your nokia OVI suite.

If you are not able to use your tracks in nokia OVI suite then I think first you should try your normal tracks in your nokia OVI suite. If your nokia OVI suite is reading those tracks then I think there is something wrong with those tracks only which you have downloaded from nokia OVI store. I have referred your problem and I was having the same problem with my nokia C6 device. Iave tried so many things to solve that problem. I have also checked my downloaded tracks form nokia OVI store with other device all the tracks were ok. After that I have downloaded the new version of nokia OVI suite 3.1 beta. After installing the new version all the things are working properly. And I suggest you to try same thing with your problem also. It will fix your problem for sure.

If your nokia OVI is ok and you have also checked the mobile with other computer also then I suggest you to try to use your downloaded tracks with nokia OVI player. If you don’t have nokia ovi player then you can download it by click in here NOKIA OVI PLAYER. After that install this in your computer and then try to use your tracks with this. This player will surly read your downloaded tracks. Try this solution and let me know whether this trick solved yout problem or not?

I have tried all your solutions and after reading your suggestion I have checked my device with other computer and my device was working properly there. After that I tried to solve my problem with nokia OVI player but after installing that nokia ovi player it was reading my all the tracks except my OVI store tracks. Now I don’t know what is wrong with this. Please reply me some with solution to solve this issue. Because I want to play all these tracks in my computer also. I think you can solve this problem by doing these steps. First uninstall the nokia OVI suite from your computer and after that delete you’re all the temporary files from your computer. Now restart your computer and after that download the fresh nokia OVI suite installer from internet or you can download it by click in here NOKIA OVI SUITE. After download complete then install it in your computer after that all the things will perfectly. Just try this idea. If you still get the same problem even after trying this then I suggest you to download the nokia cable driver from its official site and update it with your computer after that you will not face any problem with your device.
