    Unable to sync Nokia E7 with ovi Suite

    My computer is recently running on to the Windows 7 64 bit and I have outlook 2010 installed on it. I installed Ovi Suite on my computer. At the time when I try to synchronize calendar so it works fine but while I try for the messages so at that time I have to face lots of issues in the same. I am not able to synchronize it. I tried to do that often, but every time it comes with the same result. The same thing occurs when I attempt to synchronize contacts from my phone. Before that, I not at all faced this problem, then why this is happening at this time. Can you tell me any solution around this problem? If you have something for me so please help.

    Over here about the same I want to ask you that how are you trying to sync it? I mean that through Bluetooth or cable? If that is through a USB cable, there may be some problem with the cable. Which is not able to provide proper connection. I know there are very less chances for that, but there is still a chance for it. So to check this you have to simply use a new cable. I have seen some cases like this, however the cable solves the problem for you and hopefully this will do the same for you.

    I think over here there may be some issue in to the OVI suite which is installed on your PC. So I think because of that this kind of issue is generated in your system. So to fix this issue you just install it one more time. And see if it can solve the problem for you. You must download the new file and configuration of this newly downloaded installation. This is because if there is any error in the configuration then through this kind of issue can be avoided. This is one of the best possible ways to solve problems like this.

    I want to know here that which version you are recently making use of. If it is older one then I think this might be one of the issue. Recently I am making use of the Ovi Suite 3.0.0.284 and I do not have any kind of problem in the same. My suggestion to you is to download and install this version on your computer and see if this can solve the problem. Apart from this, you can make contact with Nokia Care and ask the same thing and see if they can help in any way. I wish that you will solve this soon.
