I can't burn a CD using Media Player

Hi!
I've never posted before here, but I have a problem and it's making me tear my hair out!!!!
I've got a "Copy Protected and Pre-ripped for PC" CD that won't rip without the tracks jumping. It's the only CD I've got that does this, but I'm desperate for it to be on my mp3 player. Tried everything I can think of, but no joy.

Anyone got any ideas??
