Trying to Install a Windows 3.1 Application into Windows XP Pro

I can’t find a Hallmark Connections Card Studio program to install it on my computer system I am using Windows XP Pro on the same system. I continue getting and "Application Error" It come in a pop-up manner and it says "CSTUDIO caused a General Protection Fault in module CSTUDIO. EXE at 0006.1176. Choose close. CSTUDIO will close." And after that the installation procedure closes totally. Originally, I was thinking that it is now too old, as it is a Window 3.1 16 bit program. Though, it is effectively installed on my other computer system which is connected at my residence network, which is also having Windows XP Pro. Actually my problem is that what could be blocking the installation on a single computer system but not another. I don’t understand what problem is this. Any help concerning about this similar problem will be valued. Thank you in Advance.

This problem in doing this kind of process is not an easy task nut this mainly happens due to the incompatible versions of dlls in the application which have installed in your windows XP Pro operating system. To check it type tasklist /m at the time when the program is still open to observe what dlls your windows operating system is using.

I have faced the same problem on my operating system. I have some setting you can just try for this I believe this setting may help you to solve the problem with your windows operating system. Go to Control Panel >> Regional and Language Options >> Languages >> Details >> Advanced and then tick on the "Turn off the advanced text services". Hope this will removed the entire problem what you are facing on your computer system.
