Inkscape 0.47 application not able to install under Windows 7

Hello. I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7 operating system. I have downloaded and application Inkscape 0.47 in order to edit the graphic suites but I am not able to install the application. I do not know why is this happening? Please do help me out so that I can make the things to work out accordingly. Thank you.

The application or the software that you have downloaded may have some bug issue appended to the same. This is the reason that the application is not able to work. You can create admin account by making the things to work out by following the steps as follows:

1) Click on the start button.
2) Open control panel option.
3) Now open the user account option.
4) Fill in the required ailments and necessary stuffs as required.
5) Under manage section select the type as Admin account.
6) Click on create account.
7) Restart the system.
8) Login using the newly created account.
