It seems that you are using the Conexant Video Capture which is not having the compatible driver for the Windows 7 upgrade and that is why the upgrade is conflicting with the same. I will advise you to install the latest driver for the Conexant Video Capture driver and then run the Windows update. I hope this will work with the issue of yours.

I think that this is the issue with the cxavsvid.sys which is conflicting with the Windows 7 upgrade. To work with the issue you have to delete the cxavsvid.sys from the system and then work with the issue. Just get into the Windows system32 and then to the Drivers folder and delete the cxavsvid.sys. Now try to update the Windows.

If you are getting the error with the Windows 7 upgrade then i will advise you to remove the driver from the system and after that install the Windows 7. I think that this issue can be resolved with the help of the same. So if you can then uninstall the driver of Conexant from the system and see whether it is working for you or not.

As per my knowledge i think that the issue can be resolved with the help of the Spring 2004 Original TV Tuner Driver Collection. First uninstall the driver for the Conexant and after that install the Spring 2004 Original TV Tuner Driver which will resolve your issue related to the Windows 7 upgrade issue. Also let me know whether it is working for you or not.

If nothing is working for you and you are still getting the issue with the same then i will advise you to contact the Microsoft regarding the issue which you are getting. As they are the developer of the Windows 7 and might be having the solution regarding the issue which you are getting. So contact them and work with the issue.
