    Issues in Outlook 2007 while trying to delegate information

    Hello friends,
    I am having an issues while I am trying to delegate information in Outlook 2007. When I am trying to add a delegate, one of the following error messages appear :
    • The Delegates settings were not saved correctly. Unable to activate free / busy information.
    • The Delegates settings were not saved correctly. Unable to activate the power to send a list of part-of. You do not have sufficient permissions to perform this operation on this object.

    Please provide some solutions for an issues in Outlook 2007 while trying to delegate information

    These problems occur because a property's mailbox which is responsible for not correctly referencing a hidden message in the mailbox. The messages that are hidden may contain information relating to any of the following features :
    • Publication availability
    • delegate
    • Direct booking

    To force regeneration of Free / Busy information hidden in the mailbox, follow these steps :
    1. Quit Outlook.
    2. Make sure there is a profile in online mode of the mailbox.
    3. Download MAPI Editor tool.
    4. Start the Mfcmapi.exe you downloaded, then click OK.
    5. In the Session menu, click Open and view the table store.
    6. In the Profile Name list, select the online mode profile of the mailbox, then click OK.
    7. Double-click the bank mailbox - username.
    8. In the navigation pane, click the root container.
    9. In the details pane, click the right mouse button on PR_FREEBUSY_ENTRYIDS, click Delete a property and then click OK.
    10. In the navigation pane, expand the root container, expand the top of bank information and then click on Inbox.
    11. In the details pane, click the right mouse button on PR_FREEBUSY_ENTRYIDS, click Delete a property and then click OK.
    12. In the store: Inbox dialog box, click Exit from the File menu.
    13. Exit MAPI Editor Microsoft Exchange Server.
    14. Click Start, click Run, type outlook.exe / cleanfreebusy and then press ENTER.

    For the publishing feature, follow the mentioned steps :
    1. Start Outlook.
    2. In the Tools menu, click Options.
    3. Click the Preferences tab, then click Calendar Options box in the calendar.
    4. Click on options available in the advanced area.
    5. In the Options box, change the parameter value months publish calendar information available on the server to a value that differs from its value.
    6. Click OK three times.
    7. In the File menu, click Exit.

    If you do not change the parameter months post calendar information available on the server, Outlook does not update the Free / Busy information hidden.

    You can do the steps for the functionality of delegates :
    1. Start Outlook.
    2. In the Tools menu, click Options, then click the Delegates tab.
    3. Select the delegate to reconfigure, and then click Permissions.
    4. Click to select the check boxes you want in the Permissions dialog box to delegates.
    5. Repeat step 3 and step 4 for all delegates.
    6. Click OK twice.
    7. In the File menu, click Exit.

    You can also do the direct Booking feature :
    1. Start Outlook.
    2. In the Tools menu, click Options.
    3. Click the Preferences tab, then click Calendar Options box in the calendar.
    4. In the advanced options, click Resource Scheduling, then click select the check boxes in the dialog resource planning.
    5. Click OK three times.
    6. In the File menu, click Exit.
