Outlook 2007 - Frequent Contacting the Server for information mess

As my title says, whenever I’m working on any office 2007 application, suddenly a message appears saying “Contacting the Server” and freezes document. The message remains there for about 20 seconds and it appears every two minute. And during this period it wont allow me to work.

Can someone please tell me how can stop this message to appear? Thank you.

I was getting the same message with Outlook 2007 saying “Contacting the server for information.” This is how I stopped it:

• Clicked on Tools > Options
• Clicked Mail Format Tab
• Clicked Stationary and Fonts button
• Clicked Personal Stationary Tab
• Clicked on the Theme button and choose another theme.

That’s it. The message dint appeared again.
