A new feature of PowerPoint 2010 is the ability to share presentations remotely via the "Spread slideshow" available on the Slide Show tab of the Ribbon. This functionality allows remote presentations from our team to a number of users participating in the presentation via the web browser. Dissemination (Broadcast) a slide show gives you the opportunity to place a live presentation and invite participants to attend via the web that is where they are. Hope that you will like this feature of 2010.

The distribution of a slide show via the Web uses a specific service named "Service mailing PowerPoint". This service must be deployed on SharePoint Server 2010. In this scenario, you must have rights to distribute your presentation, and invited guests, rights to watch it. Fortunately, there is no need for a SharePoint Server 2010, Microsoft, but you this service via the portal live.com reserved for Office applications. This service is offered by default and this scenario you and your guests were to have only a Windows Live.

According to me there are many new features present in the PowerPoint 2010. The transitions, animations and video and PowerPoint will run better because of the new rendering pipeline including PowerPoint 2010. This recent entry highlights the differences between this new engine hardware accelerated and the previous engine used in PowerPoint 2007. The purpose of this update is to allow you to create more stimulating slides in telling a story visually and more attractive. The new rendering engine as a platform to develop more complex and interesting animations in the future.

I would like to suggest you to take help from the PowerPoint Broadcast Service. The Microsoft PowerPoint Broadcast Service makes it easy for PowerPoint 2010 users to share a presentation on the fly with anyone, anywhere. Just send a link, and in one click you invite everyone will be watching a synchronized view of your slide show in their browser, even if they do not have PowerPoint 2010 installed. To view a broadcast, just open the link you receive from the present. All you need is the latest version of Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari for Mac.

If you want to start the Slide Broadcasting Service, then the following steps would be useful :
    1. First we go to the tab Slide Show and click on the Slide Show.

    3. After pressing the diffusion it starts the process of connecting to the service broadcast in PowerPoint.
    4. To start the service is necessary to specify the Live ID and password.
    5. After specifying the credentials, the connection is made with the service to publish the submission.
    6. Once you have completed the connection process, it creates a link to the broadcast. This link will be sent to the receivers of the presentation.
    7. If you start the presentation from PowerPoint 2010, the other users will see it in the browser. If you see, actually slides dissemination service using the Office Web Application on PowerPoint.
