Need help with Rapidweaver themes

Hello there, I have an iMac which is installed with Mac OS X Snow leopard. Recently I downloaded Rapidweaver and started experimenting with the software. I want to design a Website using Rapidweaver for my friend and hence I need different themes which are available for software. Therefore i Need help with Rapid weaver themes and it would be really great if somebody suggested some good websites from where I can download the themes. Thanks in advance.

There are many websites which are provide templates and themes for Rapidweaver. All the themes and the templates which are available for the Rapidweaver are paid. As you are a new to operate rapid weaver I will suggest you some themes which you can download from the seydesign websites. Bubblegum, CR3ATiV3, GiD3OUS, Lights2 and PlayMore are some themes which you can use without any problems. Out of all these themes Creative is basic theme which is used by many new designers because of ease of designing. Download one of the mentioned theme and then check if you are able to use if properly on the website.

Catalog is another website which provides different templates and themes for the software which you are using. The themes which are available on this websites are more advanced and have more customization options. The price of the themes and the templates which are available are also high. Therefore I would suggest you to use the basic themes which are available on the Rapidweaver and once you get used to the software, download and use the themes form this websites.

Thank you all for replying to the post really fast. As suggested I downloaded the basic themes and templates from the seydesign website and added it to my website. It looks great but now I want to customize the theme. I want to change the navigational style of the theme. So can you people guide me as in how to change the navigational style of the theme.

Changing the navigational style of the applied theme is very difficult. It should be considered before selecting and applying the theme to the website. The preview of the theme is therefore made available so that the user is able to see all the features of the theme before applying it on the website. Therefore I would suggest that select the theme according
to the navigational style you want and then apply it on the website. For example if you want a theme which has horizontal navigation then select the theme which has horizontal navigation by looking at the preview of the theme.

I changed the theme which has a horizontal navigation and it is working great but now I want to add a custom background image and color to the theme which I have used. Therefore I want to ask if it is possible to apply a custom background image and color to the theme. If yes then how to go about it. Any suggestions are more than welcome.

The colours and the content included in the theme can be easily manipulated according to the users preferences. There are some editors available online which can be used to change the background image and the color of the theme. Install one such editor on the computer and then edit the applied theme according to your preferences. These color editor software's enable you to pick any color and apply it on the theme which makes it possible for the user to edit the theme with convenience.
