Recently i had bought a new HTC smartphone. As i don't know much about this phone, where can i get different Htc G1 themes? I would also like to know that how to install G1 Themes? Any body knows about it? let me know the correct way of doing it. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

In order to install G1 Themes, you would first need to have **Root Access** on your htc phone. For that you need to access to Root, because some of the application in the Android ask for Root Access on the G1. A custom ROMs require root access first and most, if not all, of the G1 themes require you to have root access as well.

Any version before RC30 has root access. You can find free Themes and Template for your website. In order to get root access, which allows you to install a custom theme, certain applications, auto rotate browser etc. you need to downgrade to RC29. If you don’t have root access with a modded RC an Bootloader get it first. According to me GGiPhone websites provides you free themes. If you already lost root access don't bother there is still no way to do this to your phone. Just rename update put it on your S.D turn phone off hold Home+Power now hit Alt+S an it will begin the install.
