Vista not fully booting

i have a Compaq CQ5110F PC, nothing special 3 gb ram 320gb hard drive, AMD Athlon X27550.i was surfing the interent and playing an on time game when the computer started to slow down, i attempted to open Windows task manager, but the manager window it self didnt open, the icon appeared on the lower right hand side of the screen. the icon was rapidly flashing up and down filling the icon with green (the visual part showing how much cpu % is being used) i moused over it and it said 100%. so i shut down my computer, wouldnt work, so i held the power button. rebooted came to, chance to boot to repair or normal, picked repair. started to boot normally till after the boot load screen it loads just a blue screen with the mouse on it. mouse moves and everything still. tried to load into windows recovery, didnt not work. once and while before the green loading bar, ill get a black screen saying "windows loading files". idont know what to do.

It seems that your system is overheated because of which you are facing such kind of issue, in such kind of case you need to use some cooling fans and after that if you are still facing same issue, then try to change your RAM and have a check for it, hope it works for you.
