How to quickly access the favorite files in office

How to access the favorite files in office. What are ways to setup this. I had tried to access them through the settings in word options but that does not work. I have a 2003 version of Microsoft Office. I had tried to configure the same on a different PC also but that does not work. I am not able to get those files which I want. Also how to configure hot mail via pop3.

Under XP and 2003, there is a Work menu, activated via the Tools menu, Customize, which allows to have a list of his favorite documents. Word 2007 provides another system for quick access to your most valuable, right from the Office menu. Clicking from the Office menu, the list of recently opened documents appears. By default, the oldest documents disappear gradually as you open new ones.

If you want to keep constantly certain documents in this list (your favorite documents), simply use the button to the right pin of the document name. By clicking this button, it displays green, indicating that the document will be stored permanently in the list. By clicking again on the pin, it becomes gray and the document may be deleted. Know that you can finally set the number of recent documents by clicking the Word Options button, then click Advanced Options, Show category.

To quickly access the favorite files in office. The Microsoft has finally opened it to all free POP3 right to enter to the Hot mail. So far this opportunity was only available to users who was having the paid version of Hot mail Plus. Now Hot mail is easy to get to from any email client without going through gateways or connectors. It is now set for free. The only thing you have to search out the out going server for the same. You can view that from the official site.

However, setting the Hot mail account using POP3 secure means to prevent the proliferation of spam and to ensure confidentiality of data access. But by following our advice, you come to the end without problem. The characteristics of POP3 access to Hot mail are the following:Incoming Server: pop3.live.com activating the SSL mode via port 995. Outgoing Server: smtp.live.com on port 25 mode TLS / SSL authentication required.

More distinctively, here's how to arrange the Hot mail in Microsoft Outlook 2009. You have to open the Outlook and then go to the Tools menu, then you can see the account settings. In the Mail tab, select new. Then click Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP or HTTP and click Next. Check the Manually arrange server settings and then select Internet Mail. Here you can arrange your settings as you want and then enter the above mentioned POP3 and SMTP server.
