error in outlook 2007

Write now i am working on Microsoft Office 2007 Professional. When I try to open the Outlook, every time i get "an extension failed to initialize" error in outlook 2007. After i click on OK, Outlook opens anyway. Can any one help me out with this error. Please post me some helpful suggestions. Thanks in advance.

You may get this kind of error due to some problem with your .pst file(may be it is the corrupted one). Just check whether your .pst file is corrupted or not, if it is corrupted then reinstall your outlook 2007. Or scanpst.exe is next option. If this also doesn't work for you then you need to reinstall outlook2007 and also call the domain to get the correct settings that controls the email. I hope my suggestion should work you.

In Outlook express errors mainly occurs because of .pst file. First of all you just try to repair your .pst file by opening the Scanpst.exe utility which is included with Outlook2007 by default. Once you have open the utility, you will have to locate your .pst file with the help of Browse button. Click on the Start button to start the scan. It will take few minutes to scan the file, and you will get a scanning report which says whether you have errors in the file, and it will ask you for repair, just after you click on repair you will get the “Repair complete” message. If then also your are getting the same error , then just reinstall the outlook2007.

If suppose your .pst file is missing, then right-click the corresponding folder and click close folder name and restart your Outlook2007. Else you can also move on to the File menu to remove the folder associated with missing PST file by choosing the Data File Management option. If your .pst file is corrupted then run the inbox repair tool (allows you to repair pst) to correct it. If the tool doesn't work, then use the pst recovery tool. Hope this works for you.
