Error: 0x800408fc in outlook 2007

I am using Microsoft windows office 2007 with windows 7 operating system and I am using Microsoft Security Essentials antivirus program. I am getting 0x800408fc error sometimes in outlook 2007 with windows 7, sometimes my mails work all right, and sometimes I observe this fault or error, not certain what is occurring. I contain all automatic updates for Office and windows.

I see this type of error first time. But no worries I am must help you and assist you to solve your problem and eliminate your error. While I see your post I searched at many sites and at the end I find the solution from Microsoft.com. So just try this if this fix in your case. Starts the computer in Safe mode with Networking by means of the steps provided here and confirms if Outlook is capable to send or receive emails. In Advance boot alternative choose Safe Mode with Networking.

I just installed 2010 office in recent times. Setup numerous email accounts. Every email is effective apart from one account that cannot be given emails but can send emails. The outgoing SMTP use is the similar as with additional accounts. This meticulous email account is with dissimilar ISP. The similar setting works very well earlier on outlook 2003. So now what to do? Please suggest something!!!!

I think that is because if you are sending through an unusual ISP but with the recommendation of that account you are not sending or receiving through that account actually. And I am confident it is undeliverable, the additional ISP most likely won't admit a message with the address of your further account. Can you productively or successfully log inside the web mail of the ISP whose account does not effort?
