How can I change a .vob file to mpeg

Hello,

I have some dvd which are in .Vob format and i want to play on my friends vcd player. so i want to convert the .vob files in to mpeg format so that it can be played on vcd player. but i dont know How can I change a .vob file to mpeg. give me the name of any free video converter which can convert the video files in to vcd format.

If you need help converting .vob file to mpeg then use Chopper XP allows to extract a portion of VOB files (files used for DVD) and export it to the hard disk format. VOB.
