Updating Nero

I'm being bit confused of which is the right way to update the Nero suite?Unfortunately it does not work. I faced this problem for the first time in Nero 7.0.5.4. But in Nero 7.9.6.0 problem remains.

I am having the exact same problem - Nero tells me updates are available, but then won't download them. I am now dowloading the update from the nero ftp site - at an unbelievable 25.1 KB/sec. Says it will be done in about 5 hours! AWESOME update service nero!!!!

Installation guide

Run the update wizard and after installation restart your PC to avoid any bugs.


Important notice

If your Nero software comes with a recently bought CD/DVD drive, it is highly apparent that is has an OEM license. If the serial number contains these three letters OEM, better not try to update your Nero online, this may results in having a 30 days trial version.
